Roasted Pork



At this restaurant, serving roasted pork has become a culinary art piece. Thin layer of crackling and perfectly seasoned. Not too good for the old heart but perfect for the senses.

  1. The 'experts' can't make up their minds about which foods are good or bad, and their detailed scientific reports are so confusing and contradictory, they take away the pleasure of eating ANY food! The 'crackling' may be a problem here, but this looks 'delicious'!
