This is also commonly known as the peace lily. I think I have had this plant for about 10 years now. It was a birthday gift from wonderful friends. I just found out that overfeeding might prevent flowering. Is that the reason why it hasn't flowered until now? It is suppose to be a great choice for indoor house gardens or at the office as it is a terrific air purifier. Did you notice the indentations left by the spadix on the spathe?

ReplyDeleteIt was a nice white bloom in between the chaos of green. I got a second bloom. I must remember to starve it so it will bloom again.
