Chilli Lobster



This was delicious and did not require fingers to eat. I am comparing it to eating chilli crab. That would be our local finger-licking good dish.

This fusion dish was made with the famous chilli crab sauce poured over a small lobster with mantou (Chinese bun) to soak up the remaining sauce.
