This is stunning! As I don't have the book, I had no idea what he full design would look like, and I am in awe! The contrast between the 'solid' center and the lacy outer 'sunburst' round is so striking! The tatting of the long chains in the last round is perfect. The inner rounds also take a lot of control. I would never have the patience to tat this doily; and it seems that you have finished it so quickly, even though you took a 'break' from it earlier.
The colors are fabulous! It's always so inspiring to see the results of your excellent tatting skills!
