For less than $2, you can feed two persons with stir fried bean vermicelli and sliced green marrow. Add beaten eggs and a chicken stock cube and it is ready to eat. Eat it on its own or as a side dish with rice.
It must have been a bumper crop of green marrow. I only needed one but they were packaged in twos for $1.
Anyone needs a green marrow?
Yes please I stuff it with beef mince or sausage meat and roast it.
