White flowers with yellow beaded centres and 3D flower buds tatted in Venus Size 40 white thread and Lizbeth Size 40 Col. 180 Honey Drizzle. I am sure you know which pattern on the cover of Tatting Lace - Flower Accessories that I am tatting now. Lots of ends to sew in but I did the lazy thing and just knotted and glued. That is how I hide my ends, anyway . . . . . horrors!!
All that is left to complete are little 3D berries.
Very nice tatting! And by the way....the Tatting Tuesday Study Group here is split down the middle for how to deal with ends. I typically hide in the last few stitches with a flosser or sewing, Others glue like you. But then, when working with tiny thread, I'll glue first!
ReplyDeleteReally pretty with the flowers added.
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful like spring!!! :)
ReplyDeleteIt's lovely and I am pretending I read nothing about glue 😦
ReplyDeleteI love all those little flowers!
ReplyDeleteLooks great!
ReplyDeleteThat's very pretty, I love this pattern. I am afraid this book is now on a long wish list, Glue well sometimes we all have to revert to other methods
ReplyDeleteI think it was Georgia Seitz who said, "Tatters hate ends." She is right!
ReplyDeleteLove the 3-D pattern. It is beautiful.
