Not GM rice, just dyed with blue flower petals. Served with stir fried minced pork with basil, fried egg and cucumber. This was served at a Thai restaurant at Ion Orchard in Singapore. Lunch and great conversations with girlfriends.
Hmmmm, not a colour I would associate with rice !

Any idea which flowers? And do they leave their distinct flavour, too ?
It is probably Clitorea ternatea / butterfly pea flowers. No distinct flavour, just for the colour and antioxidant properties.
