If you love tatted lace, jewellery, plants and anything handcrafted, come back often.
I will regularly post items that are made by me, plants that I grow and interesting things that I photograph.
Wow that is the biggest passion fruit flower so beautiful and I do love the fruit :)
That is a beautiful and very unique flower!! :)
At first glance, I thought you were tatting something unusual, rather like one of Martha's broomstick lace patterns. Do you have her Playing With Picots pattern book?
Yes, I do. That could be a great pattern inspiration.
I used to grow these in my greenhouse, it went mad and took over the whole greenhouse, lovely flowers, it's was name after the Christ rising from dying on the cross. It is said that there is a cross in the middle of the flower. I am not religious but that's what I was told about the flowerMargaret
Thank you, Margaret. That is interesting.
Amazing to realize this is a real flower! It almost looks like a hairpin lace flower with beads, mimicking a fantasy flower that couldn't possibly exist! Nature is awesome!
