Maybe coffee and strawberries do not really go together but it was what I had in the fridge. So it was vanilla ice cream, fresh strawberries and a coffee flavoured swiss roll. Fresh strawberries sold here are seldom sweet but doesn't it look pretty?
Ohhh - I had to look only very quickly as I was in danger of trying to dive into that photo! I'm kind of on a restricted diet where ice cream and cakes are concerned, but at least they make no-fat versions! I absolutely LOVE strawberries! And who says you can't have coffee! Sounds perfect to me!
