Two shuttles and SCMRs make this Adelheid Dangela's pattern from her book Occhi Patchwork. There are a few lovely designs in this book and this one was what I was drawn to. Tatted in size 40 Lizbeth #647 Purple Iris Dark and #175 Scottish Thistle.
