Squid Ink Pasta



Lunch on Sunday was this - Squid ink pasta with vegetables, mushroom and bacon in a sun dried tomato pesto. Served on a small blue plate so that I would not overeat. Did it work? Sure . . . . . if not for the potato chips I had 2 hours later.

  2. I have had squid in Europe but not the ink with it. Looks a colourful and interesting dish.
