TF #30

Does it look strange?
I used the Lizbeth Twirlz Size 20 Col. 405 Bumble Bee
It looks pretty busy, like a bumble bee!
The thread does not show the pattern up well. So when you decide to use the Twirlz thread, choose carefully.
Pattern is found in The Tatted Artistry of Teiko Fujito on page 28 and 29.
Tatted in three rounds.

  1. I have some of those threads and I think if you use them with a plain color that matches one of the colors in the twirlz it will do better. the green Twirlz looks great for leaves. And I do love this pattern

    1. Yes, I agree. For some projects, the Twirlz thread could work beautifully. Thank you for the tip. Will try it next time.

    1. No, there isn't. It is quite easy to tat with not unlike a normal thread.

  3. NOT a fan of the Twirlz thread. I think it's best used in things like crochet...

  4. It looks wonderful to me!! :)
When it's not zoomed in it looks like a gold metallic thread was used.

  5. Looks very dainty. The thread looks a hard type of thread was it easy to tat with? Looks like it a sparkle thread.

    1. Yes, Margaret. It is easy to tat with, not hard or sparkly.
