I would prefer it to be a more natural landscape, even in the bathroom but this would do fine too. It will be easy to water the plants. As you shower, the plants get a shower too. It reminded me of the private outdoor shower in our hotel in Ubud, Bali.
We place all out plants in the shower when we go on vacation :) I think it is a great Idea !
