Blue Rice Dish

Not GM rice, just dyed with blue flower petals. Served with stir fried minced pork with basil, fried egg and cucumber. This was served at a Thai restaurant at Ion Orchard in Singapore. Lunch and great conversations with girlfriends.

Ice Kacang

What to enjoy during hot humid weather? Shaved ice with colourful sugar syrup, evaporated milk, red beans, sweet corn, attap chee / palm seeds and chin chow / herb jelly.

Rose - Red & Green

This one is done in Christmas colours. Tatted in Lizbeth size 20 Col. 152 Christmas Green Mix. It will dress up any vase, bottle or bauble.

Rose - Red & White

This time I alternated red and gold glass drops in this one. Red stands out. I did not have enough of the white glass beads so the second round was done with red beads.

Prawn with Salted Egg Yolk Pasta

It tastes so much better than it looks. Inspired me to try making this at home. The salted egg yolk made it very good. A nice change from cheese on your pasta. I hope they make it a permanent item on their menu.

Rose - Black & Grey

The same Rose pattern by Ginny Weathers but tatted in black with grey beads and white glass drops. I like the contrast between the black thread and grey beads.

Copycat

I received this from a friend. The moment I saw it, I thought of how Tsuru would pose this position whenever she feels hot.
