Japanese Set Lunch
The meal came in a two-tier box with a lid. It was laid out and lid removed.
In the top tier is a grilled prawn with roasted garlic and corn cob, and a vegetable tempura.
Second tier was bowl of salmon sashimi with truffle dressing, futomaki and chawan mushi.
A separate bowl of miso soup.
It is all in the little details. Note the cherry blossom petals which was shaped from a lily bulb.
The sashimi and chawan mushi was delicious.

ReplyDeleteYUMMY! I'm officially envious you have such great food near you. Utah, USA has nothing but nasty American fast food.
