Pink Roses Letter Openers

I wanted to add a personal touch to these bone china letter openers before giving them away. These were motifs which I tatted sometime back and you always seem to get questions 'What are you going to do with them?' Well you could use it this way.

The top pattern is by Ruth Scharf and the bottom is a Mary Konior.

  1. Hello Wendy, Those bone letter openers are truly lovely. I have never seen anything like them. And OH how lovely the roses are especially the top one. Hugs Judy

  2. The letter openers are beautiful and ares amazing gift with the addition of the tatted tails.

Hmm. One day soon these items may become an anachronism. Like bottled ink and fountain pens for daily use, objects associated with letter writing are becoming scarce.

You come up with such wonderful ideas. The letter openers are beautiful in them selves. Then with your beautiful tatting added it really makes a wonderful gift. Your mind must be working overtime to create such unique things all the time. Do you ever get to sleep?
