Sugee cake
I made this using a recipe from Rose's website last weekend. It tasted pretty good. It requires you to fry the sugee (semolina) under low heat, then blend it in butter and leave it overnight. It is very sinful but yummy. Very few people make this cake because of the extra steps but I think it is worth the work. You can’t eat it too often though. Too many calories and bad for your health!
