If you love tatted lace, jewellery, plants and anything handcrafted, come back often.
I will regularly post items that are made by me, plants that I grow and interesting things that I photograph.
will you see the whole cloth? or just part at a time if the edges hang over the sides? if the edges hang over, then I would say use the Roses as the center so you see them. if you will see the cloth all at once, or you will see the end of the cloth then I would put them on the corners.
I think I like it slightly better framing the cloth, but not outside it (ie. the first picture). But I echo what Ladytats says - go with what will show best!
Wow, they are both so lovely, you can't go wrong. The centerpiece is slightly lovelier in my opinion.
ReplyDeleteYour corners look very nice. I like the colorway.

No I just looked back and it's Torpical punch, another of my favourite threads.

Colors are lovely. I think the size of the corner and the way you have it laid out, a centerpiece would be my opinion.
ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing pair of pieces of tatting.

Thank you all for your helpful comments and suggestions. I originally tattted them as corners but I agree a centrepiece looks much better.
