Korean Japchae



My version of Korean Japchae. Each ingredient is stir fried separately before putting it all together with soya sauce and sesame oil. The glass noodles are made from sweet potato flour. The dish consists of vegetables - carrots, french beans, red capsicum, with black wood ear fungi, egg whites and egg yolks. I forgot to sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds for the photo.
