Herford with Horstmar

You saw Hortsmar in Size 80 earlier. I tatted it in Lizbeth #655 Wedgewood light. Added Herford tatted in #106 Spring Fling. Both patterns by Adelheid Dangela from her book Occhi-Patchwork. Lots of negative spaces. In the book another round is added. Perhaps I will do it much later when I have the right colour thread. My Lizbeth thread stash of Size 80 is limited. I need Raspberry pink medium #624 or Wedgewood dark #656.

  2. That's just lovely! Did you block it or did it just come out perfect?

    1. Hi Marty,
Yes, I did block it. The chains would not behave otherwise.

    1. Thank you, Muskaan. The stars actually look more like flowers in the book. I'm afraid I overdid it during blocking.

  6. Thank you Jane, God's Kid and Madtatter80. Might be too much negative spaces for some. The next round should balance it out.
