Creme Brulee

What makes a good Creme Brulee? I don't know but this one tasted so good. It was part of the buffet dessert spread and these came in lids of a chinese tea cup. It did not look exceptionally good but it tasted really delicious.

  1. Hope Green introduced me to Creme Brulee. I love it but have only had it two or three times. A few weeks ago I printed out a DELCIOUS sounding recipe but have not tried it yet. Too many sweets around this time of year. :-)
