Petai with Prawns

This is one of my favourite dishes. These petai beans have a distinctly strong aroma and taste. It is not everyone's cup of tea but I love it. I stir fried some with prawns and sambal belacan (chilli and fermented shrimp paste). It's best eaten with rice cooked in coconut milk.

  1. Your cooking skills look great and makes me want a try sometimes I like the unusual taste and rice in coconut milk sounds like I want to give that a try for sure! Yum!
