Yes it is. Raining red peonies in Paragon, Orchard Road, Singapore. The ones on the fans look more like poppies. Anyway, red and gold are auspicious colours for the new year.

Beautiful display, I wish it would rain poppies here instead of the wet stuff we get, today it's dull and we have had a few snowflakes
