I will regularly post items that are made by me, plants that I grow and interesting things that I photograph.
This is only one repeat but it is done. It measures about 3.5 inches square.
Should I do the next square in the same colour scheme but mix the colours around e.g. grey centre, pink petals and lilac outer flowers. What do you think?

For the next repeat, what about doing the outer (pink) flowers in grey and doing pink center, purple petals or vice versa? I think it would make the big flower stand. To me, the grey petals gives the appearance of leaves, so I think mixing it up that way would really make anyone who sees it that way look twice and notice that, "oh my gosh! That's a flower, too!"
So nice tatted! You are right, the edging makes the petals very nice. Love the colorcombination. Will it be a Tischband or a square? May be the finished size/composition will help to choose the color combination.
