We made a trip to Penang in June with mom, my sister's family, my youngest brother and his wife. It was a road trip from KL for them. It was their first visit to Penang for my niece and nephews and our first visit to this Siamese Buddhist temple Wat Chaiyamangkalaram.

Lotus candlesIt was about closing time and the temple was quite empty and peaceful. We are not Buddhists but it was lovely to admire the beautiful statues and architecture.
That is a place I would love to visit.
