Cedele's Lemon Meringue



I noticed the Lemon Meringue in the display case as I walked by one visit. The next time I visited, I had to try one. This is from Cedele. It looked like a piece of art.

Verdict - as learnt from Masterchef Australia, balance of flavours is important. 

For me, it was way too sweet and not enough sour lemon curd. I would improve it by adding more lemon curd and less sugar in the soft cream and meringue. But, it was oh . . .  so beautiful!!

  1. I do give flowers and gardening a good try and my mother loved starting them and growing them but I could never get the trick of it :) You look like you know what you are doing!
