Flower Bookmarks


I made these last weekend after I bought a Japanese magazine (or so I thought). When I got home, I found out that it was a catalogue for home shopping where patterns and materials are sent to you each month from Japan. Anyway, I tatted these medalions from the photo in the catalogue and made these bookmarks.

    I like the 2 in the center especially with those triangles created in the negative space?

    They are very pretty. Especially the pink and green. It looks like a rose to me.

    They are lovely, and how brilliant to work out the pattern rather than buy a kit. It's alright buying kits but they never give you enough thread if you make mistake have to cut and start again.
