Workbasket Doily Completed

It is very colourful. I have not used so many different colours in one doily before. After blocking the 'green vine' round flattened out nicely. Tatted in one colour would give this doily a very different look as in the pattern booklet - 'Snowflake in a Circle Doily' from the Workbasket May 1956 issue. Thank you Sheila.

  2. Wow, fantastic work. I have to admit I wasn't keen on your doily when you began it, but now it looks absolutely right.

  5. Beautiful tatting! So many rings! I don't know if my wrists could handle one this size, but I'd love to try doing a doily in colors, too!
