Some of you were curious about the durian. It is a tropical fruit which we love. It has a pungent and distinct aroma that you either love or hate. This is the part that we eat - a custard looking flesh which surrounds the seeds. I forgot to take a photo of the fruit but they pretty much look like this.

My mother used to make ice cream with it - Durian Blander, and it was delicious! It tasted nothing like it smelt.
