Hong Kong Milk Tea

Hong Kong Milk Tea is a popular beverage.  To ensure that the drink is cold but not diluted by the melting ice, it is served in a ice bucket.

In Singapore, there are a number of Hong Kong cafes which serve this. In the local shops, this is just called iced tea with milk.

Cold drinks with ice is a norm in Singapore. Ice is served with any cold canned or bottled drink you order. We often forget that this is not the norm in some countries. Even on holiday, in winter, we prefer our fizzy drinks with ice.

  2. Looks ok, but I don't drink tea, I do like the idea of it being served in an ce bucket.
We snow here we don't need an ice bucket just put it outside for a few mins it will be cold enough.
