Tatted Calaveras
When I saw this sugar skull pattern by Victats, I could not wait to tat it. The pattern she shared looked easy to tat and I really had fun with it. I like the layered look and how the eyes and nose were attached to the base. Thank you Vicki.
Ahhhh!! That's exactly how I pictured the original pattern in my head! I love the flowers you added and the different colors. Quick question though- was the pattern easy to follow?
Because I tatted it, it did not feel scary or wierd, LOL. I love the pattern. It is definitely a good representation of a skull. I especially love the shape of it.
And yes Victats, it was easy to follow. The pattern called for a Catherine Wheel join and I did not know what that was so I just made a normal join. Thank you for the pattern.
Such a good little design - it is actually pretty scary!
