Cold Soba Japanese Salad
White radish/daikon, sugar snaps, tofu, cherry tomatoes, leeks, lettuce, buckwheat soba sprinkled with Japanese salad seasoning (sesame seeds, nori with wasabi) and Japanese salad dressing. Homemade for lunch. I added some sliced apples just because I had some in the fridge.
So yummy, and much prettier and tastier-looking than the soba-tofu salad I make for The Best Husband. I will have to "borrow" your recipe. Thanks for posting. Hugs to Umi and Tsuru.

HJ, thank you. You certainly can. My 'best husband' AAA hates it but he eats it minus the nori and wasabi just because it is healthy.
