Queen of Hearts (MK#45)
If you have tatted this pattern before, you would notice that there is an extra ring here (not part of the pattern), right smack in the centre. Oh well, this is my version of the Queen of Hearts. This one is tatted in LadyShuttleMaker's silk HDT 'Tropicana'. The silk HDT was a gift from Sherry and this tatted heart has flown off to another friend in blogland.
Very pretty colorway! This heart has so many rings and picots that one would be very hard put to find that extra ring without being prompted. It's one of my favorite heart patterns.
Hello Wendy, It is always a treat to visit your blog. I truly admire your tatted heart. Great colors and I am sure the friend you sent it to will love it too. Hugs Judy

ReplyDeleteThank you for all your comments. It is a lovely colorway from Sherry. It is silk and very soft to the touch although more slippery to tat with.
ReplyDeletethis is absolutely gorgeous!
