Jon's Quantiesque Snowflake
I really love this pattern by Jon Yusoff. Shall I tat two more and switch the colours of the threads? It should look slightly different, don't you think?
Go for it! If you've got a pattern in your head that you enjoy doing it that makes you want to play around with the colors of threads, then play away! Have fun and don't forget to show us what you've been up to! :)
Once I have a pattern I like I will make several in various colours. It gives me good practice and is much easier to tat, then leaving it for a while and coming back to the pattern. Hmmmm pink and navy blue. Perhaps I will try that. Thanks again to Jon for such a lovely pattern. I am not experienced enough to design new tatting patterns.
more, more... they are really pretty.
ReplyDeleteVery nice! I enjoy this pattern also. Jon really did gift us a nice pattern didn't she?!

ReplyDeleteI love the green and navy blue combination myself.
ReplyDeleteHow about pink and navy blue next?
