My hummingbird's new home
This is where my hummingbird's hanging. Light from the window enhances the colours of the glass and yes, you have an idea of the view I have from my study window.
I would love to but I must be willing to spend a small sum to get the initial tools and materials so that I can work at home. Otherwise I could buy the minimum tools and spend some time at the studio workshop. Tatting is easier on the pocket. I would like to join the intermediate class. I must say I enjoy cutting the glass and choosing the colours. Copper foiling is not my favourite task but I would love to practise soldering and perfect the skill. It is not as difficult as I expected. Thank you for asking.
Your hummingbird turned out so nice! That is the perfect place for it, right in the window. You're so talented in so many areas!
ReplyDeleteI like "hummers" alot and this one is a really beauty!
ReplyDeleteOh Wendy! Your hummingbird turned out so GREAT! How pretty she is!
ReplyDeleteI love stained glass but do not have the time for it in my life. Will you continue with this art form?
